Return Policy

Plan #1)  Shake Yo' Booty Wrap Chicago stands behind the quality of our merchandise.  Please inspect your order carefully.  If you have any damages or a quantity discrepancy, please let us know within 5 business days.  We will authorize returns up to 30 days from the receipt of your order.  You must have a return authorization issued by Shake Yo' Booty Wrap Chicago.  Any damamaged item that is returned within the 30 day period will be replaced.  Returns for overstock, in store damages, or garments that have been worn, will not be accepted.  Closeout or sale merchandise will not be subject to return.  We do not issue any cash refunds.

Plan #2)  NOT RETURNABLE are: Lingerie, "adult only" merchandise, swimwear, underwear, liquids, DVD's and all intimate items and any merchandise that is not factory fresh

To qualify for a credit, please comply with the following 3 steps:

1. Merchandise must be "received" by Shake Yo Booty no later than 18 days after our ship date.
2. Your authorization number located at the bottom of your invoice (found in "My Account& Orders") must be clearly written under your return shipping label in 1" size.
3. Print a copy of your invoice (found in "My Account & Orders") and place inside return box with a note requesting a refund back to your payment method, or credit applied to your next order.

The following rules must apply and will be strictly enforced.

[A] No credit is given for any shipping and handling.

[B] NO DAMAGE of ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED - such as shopworn, sun-fading, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume, smoke or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, worn or washed items, etc.

[C] All original tags, bags, wrappings, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new.

[D] Merchandise sold by: the dozen, or unit in packages, or displays, must be returned full, not partially sold.

[E] Merchandise that does not meet the above standards will not be credited or processed and the sender will have to pay shipping charges in advance to have the box returned. Uncalled for merchandise will be discarded after 30 days.

[F] ANY unsolicited return for ANY reason

past the expiration date of 18 days after the ship date,
or without an authorization number on the box
or without an invoice inside the box
will be treated as a return as listed below:

Plan #3)  Shake Yo Booty offers an UNLIMITED RETURN PRIVILEGE to our  Members (we do not accept returns from consumers). There is no time limit or expiration date for this return plan. Shake Yo Booty will accept returns of any unsold, undamaged, unworn, unwashed "like new", pristine, SALEABLE merchandise. Lingerie, "adult only" merchandise, swimwear, underwear, liquids, DVD's and all intimate items are NOT returnable, nor is any merchandise that is not factory fresh. A return authorization number is NOT required first.

[A] There is no such thing as an "even exchange" - a return becomes a credit. Our business model pricing allows for a 50% return credit to be applied to Member's Shake Yo Booty account to be applied to Member's next order. No credit is given for any shipping and handling.

Shake Yo Booty reserves the right to edit or withdraw the above privileges at any time, and/or refuse to do business with anyone.
